1. Service Overview

Okari Reviews is a Shopify embedded application that enables merchants to collect, moderate, and display verified product reviews using zero-CLS Shopify Theme App Extensions and Product Metafields.

2. Billing & Shopify App Pricing

• All paid subscriptions (Starter $9/mo, Growth $29/mo, Scale $79/mo) are billed exclusively through the Shopify Billing API / Managed Pricing on your regular Shopify invoice.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the Shopify Admin.
• The Free Plan ($0/mo) includes up to 50 order review requests per month with no credit card required.

3. Theme Integrity & Zero-Code Guarantee

Okari uses official Shopify Theme App Extensions (App Blocks) and never modifies or injects legacy scripts into your theme's .liquid files. Uninstalling Okari leaves zero residual code in your storefront.

4. Support & Availability

Okari runs on Google Cloud Run + Cloudflare Edge with a 99.9% uptime target. Support inquiries at support@okari.store receive a response within 1 business day.
